Middle PHP Developer

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in PHP5/7
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL
  • Experience with Yii2, Laravel
  • Experience with MongoDB, Sphinx, Memcached
  • Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
  • Experience in docker
  • Knowledge of design patterns
  • Strong knowledge of Git, CI
  • Experience with Gitlab, JIRA
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

As a plus:

  • Symfony 3, Zend Framework, CakePHP
  • Experience in Node.js, Angular

Responsibilities:

  • Produce clean, efficient code according to specifications
  • Estimate tasks and workload to meet deadlines, report promptly on any necessary rescheduling or changes to deadlines
  • Track changes, compare source code in the defined version control system
  • Collaborate with a project team to develop, test and maintain existing projects

Copy Editor / Proofreader

ProSteer Group focuses on e-commerce, digital marketing, selling niche engineering equipment online and offline, IT projects, web design, hardware and software development.

We are looking for an experienced Copy Editor/Proofreader to join our Content Management Team.

A Copy Editor/Proofreader will manage consistent language across the many touch points that carry the message to the target audience. This includes editing and proofreading content for websites, emails, marketing and advertising materials, manuals, etc. in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Main Duties

  • Proofread existing materials for copy clarity and readability, grammar, and spelling
  • Edit to ensure the copy fulfills the set marketing or technical goals
  • Monitor implementation of changes
  • Hold training sessions on an as-needed basis for people involved in the writing and proofing process, including copywriters, content managers, marketing specialists, etc.
  • Translate materials if needed
  • Content to work with: articles, news, newsletters, landing pages, manuals, products descriptions, ads, etc.
  • Working languages: English, Ukrainian, and Russian

Qualifications

  • Excellent English, Ukrainian, and Russian language skills: spelling, grammar, punctuation, and usage
  • Spanish will be a plus
  • Experience in proofreading/copy editing of advertising communications
  • The ability to recognize and correct editorial stylistic inconsistencies
  • An excellent, close eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills – an ability to write neatly and comprehensibly
  • Flexibility – to adapt to differences in types of copy, instructions, and schedules
  • Promptness and dependability
  • Judgment – willing to make decisions that reflect sound and accurate thinking, and the ability to support and explain the reasoning for decisions
  • A team player

HR Lead

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in HR and recruiting (IT preferred);
  • 3+ years of experience as a lead (head, director) in HR;
  • Experience in the development and implementation of new HR policies;
  • Skills and experience in employer branding;
  • Experience of personal and talent management;
  • Knowledge in staff planning and budgeting;
  • Experience in organizing events and parties (200+ people);
  • Good communication and empathic skills;
  • Problem-solving and open-minded person;
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to present these changes to employees in a proper way;
  • Strong leadership skills, autonomous and proactive attitude.

Will be a plus:

  • University degree in HR or psychology
  • Upper intermediate level of English
  • Coaching experience
